A Bit About Us
Elizabeth Godber set up Smashing Mirrors in 2017, as a Hull-based company that is committed to creating new small-scale musical theatre and issue-based productions.
After a successful run of mental health musical 'The Loneliest Girl in the World' at the Edinburgh Fringe 2017, and subsequent mini-tour around the East Riding, the company developed a relationship with Hull New Theatre, to continue creating new musicals and issue-based theatre.
We have twice been recipients of funding from Arts Council England, and have also been funded by Hull City Council and The Smile Foundation.
We have worked with 'Butterflies Memory Loss Support Group' to become a Dementia-Friendly organisation.
Smashing Mirrors employs a variety of creatives, if you are interested in working with us, please contact us through our online form.
